Where do the black washers go on Cvk. Carb?

So I. Cleaned a carb for the first time and took pics at every step. But I discovered myself with 2 left over black rubber washers. The fuel/air idle screw I have the metal and no I rubber washer properly installed. I don't know where the extra 2 rubber washers would go.

Also, does the single ball bearing and small spring go beneath the brass cap in the float? It seems like it makes sense that they do because it's very close to a diaphram that has a exposed plunger shaft.
