Article is 2,5 years old. Looks much like the same size as a TaoTao ATM50; basically a 1 person scooter, made at 70 or 80 something percent the size of a normal scooter.

For it to ride comfortable, they will need at least a 3.5 x 10 tires on it (or similar on the outside diameter), as any smaller will be hard on potholes.

Either the concept model never made it onto the streets, or it's been lagging in development.

The pricing will be not very good neither.
Give me an ATM over this anytime (as mini generally overprices every product).
