2008 CPI GTR 50 idle to high

How do I adjust the idle? Unlike the 139QMB engines and the CVK Carbs I am used to, the throttle goes into the Carb and I don't see an adjustment besides the A/F screw.

That's a slide carb. They have an adjustment. Post a picture and we can tell you which one it it. Generally it's one that's very close to the slide.

Here is the best view I can get unless I take it out again, but will have to wait until daylight to do that.

Also wondering if anyone knows where I can order parts for this GTR 50, I seen MRP, but I think that is solely for dealers. I need to find head light lenses and wiring harnesses (more splices and deadend wires hanging out all over the place). The guy who had this before me really did a number on this beautiful piece on machinery. I almost poohed my pants!!!! No head lights, brake lights, horn, dash display or turn signals, I am amazed I was able to even get it running. He even painted over the headlight lenses with black paint, then tried to scrape it off with a knife... What an idiot! However, I saved it for only $300.00, now I will restore it to street worthy awness

Your right, what I thought was the a/f screw was the idle screw. Now it idles fair, not sure how fair seeing the the dash unit only tells me the headlights are on when there are no headlights. Still need a good parts place, I'm still looking as well.

Outstanding sites guys! Thank you so much, can't wait to get this puppy on the road! the only thing I didn't see on these sites were the headlight lenses, wiring harnesses and body panels, but you nailed everything else, I am still looking as well.

All good, I found almost everything I need to make scooter safety passable. Still looking for headlight lenses. I can't believe finding panels and headlight lenses is such a task for this Model of scooter Perhaps I should look at after market and see if I can make it work...
