starter benndix sticking

its not retracting after the moped starts and the wheel is in constant contact with it cause a loud noise and its cutting into the benndix slowly anyone ever have this issue?

I had one scooter that did the same thing change the benndix twice with no help to the issue then i change the starter problem solved and all the benndix were tested again they all worked fine the starter was the issue for me
