What I'd probably do... check the bolts on the valve cover first to make sure they aren't lose. Still leaking, then the valve cover gasket. If it's not leaking from the valve cover... might be a cracked head? Make sure the crankcase vent is venting, in other words that no pinched hoses or anything that might cause pressure buildup on the crank case.
