I don't believe any stock 150cc scooter could possibly burn that much fuel...you would have clouds of black smoke following you around...or you would be running a constant 100+ MPH.....must be loosing it somewhere (a leak, a thief, etc), or you need a new calculator.

My scooter has a windshield, I am at least 215 lbs, and live in hill country...first 2 years it averaged 75 MPG...I did some variator work this spring, and the 8 tankfuls since then have averaged 83.27 MPG.

As far as your PDI...another example of... if you want something done right..do it yourself.....just the way the world is today.
