Turn Signal

I have a 2011 BMS Astro Scooter. (Yes, cheap chinese crap, but I love it, okay!) I've had it for about 6 months, and it's been tipped twice. Both times, my poor turn signals have been the true victims. Because I hope not to replace any of them again,

Is there such a thing as a *very* durable turn signal?

Something that can survive a fall? Perhaps it would be made out of metal, or even have a cage around the lens.
