PCV With Nothing Connected

Hey everyone! I'm new to the forums because I just got a BMS Heritage 150 in non-working condition. It seems like the PCV has some rubber tubes missing, and there's also a couple things left unconnected.

I'm getting spark, I'm not sure if I'm getting fuel though. I cranked it and then took the spark plug out to see if it was wet with gas and it wasn't (not sure about this method though).

Here are some pictures of how the PCV is set up, and my mystery cut tube that I'm not sure about.

Thank you!

I might suggest you remove all of that emissions crap. Do a search for PAIR removal. I did this 6 years ago, before starting my scooter for the first time. That was 13,600 miles ago....scoot has never failed to start or run correctly.

My scoot is very similar to the Heritage....handlebars, and headlight are about the only difference. The photo of my engine compartment after Pair removal is below. This action will make your scooter more reliable.
