Confused
I finally got my scooter running. I installed a new carb and that seemed to do the trick. But now when I go WOT my scooter seems to bog down and chug also my top speed is only now about 30 mph. It used to be around 52mph. I havnt tuned the carb yet but would that alone cause such a drastic change?
