2009 cf moto glory 150cc

So I'm leaning b towards a bad ecu. Does anyone have any info as to how to test one or any other ideas as to what to check prior?

I'm no expert but I think no spark and no fuel pump is a pretty good indicator.

Did you ever find out what your problem was? I have the same scooter with the same exact issues.
