Hello from West Texas

Hello all....new member from West Texas. Have not been on a motorcycle in 25+years. So decided its time for a scooter. Mainly from home to work and back. Wish I could afford a pcx150 but looking at Chinese models. Taotao powermax or evo in particular. Love reading all the posts here. Just awesome!

Welcome to the forum. I got Taiwanese scooters because my wife rides with me and she hates tinkering. Otherwise, I would have gotten a mainland China scoot.

Decided on a Powermax 150. Did the pdi,etc....love it so far....wish I could get decals off though. Wonder if I could just spray the blue with truck bedliner....
Anyway....love it.

Welcome fellow New User.
In the past I used a hair dryer to pull up the stickers, wd40 to wipe off the residue.
I wanted a paint job but was too lazy to sand, etc.
so I just masked off the bike real good with painter tape and bought some Plasti-Dip spray cans.
No sanding and worked like a charm for me. It will not last you forever, but for the price and time saved, I am ok with repainting again at a later date.
