In Atlanata, ga and going to change oil again this spring... what else?

Hey guys,

Im going to be changing the oil again this spring. Only done it once before so Im still kinda clueless. I 'll have to look it up on the interwebz but I'm sure its an easy thing on these scooters.

I own a 2009 Tomos Nitro 150cc and is there anything else I need to be doing or can do? Injector cleaner in the gas tank?

Sometimes It seems the idle is low but after I WOT it , the idle goes back up to 1500 rpms pretty steadily.

Also, is there a K&N filter that will fit my ride? Would I have to re-jet? Don't know anything about this, and If so then I'll just leave it for now cause the scoot runs great the way it is. Don't want to mess w/ something that works good.

Oh, and if anyone knows of meets in Atlanta let me know, thanks!

Hi
Welcome aboard
Pleased to meet you
On a 4 stroke scooter i change engine oil every 250 to 500 miles, gear oil every 750 to 1,000 miles, also check and adjust if necessary the valves every 1,000 miles
A cap full of seafoam every other tank of gas
If you change from the stock airbox to a uni fliter you will need to change your jet size
Take care and ride safely
Yours Hank
