The stock exhaust was terribly restrictive. A 10mm peashooter with a pinky sized header pipe.
Ordered a Nibbi racing exhaust with a 23 mm header pipe and silencer ID. 99 bucks.
Very nicely made, robotic welding but not even close on the fit. No add on looking muffler clamps, but a well designed and all welded brace.
Rather than send it back, I cut the header flange and header pipe to muffler weld. Managed to get the angles right and welded it up. Cut the mounting grommets and moved them in a bit. Drilled and tapped one mounting hole and welded a bracket to the muffler for the existing trailing arm mount. Lowered the muffler angle down a lot.
Nice lower note now and definitely effected the power band. Not overly loud.
