Lots of different places, depends on the engine in it. A YY250T is the same as a MC54-250, but I am unsure if it has the yami clone or the honda clone. If thr bike has a horizontal motor, slip your finger under the carb right next to the intake manifold. Many of the yami (lifan) horizontal motors have the A/F screw dead bottom center of the outlet of the carb directly adjacent to the hard rubber intake manifold.

It could also be that your A/F screw has a brass cap straight from the factory that will have to be removed.

Hope this is helpful.
