Going to be buying a new scoot

Hi - I'm hoping to get some opinions and recommendations about a scooter I'm thinking about purchasing. It is a 2015 KYMCO Agility 50 (49cc) scooter. Has anyone heard good or bad things about this scooter? I'm hoping it will keep up in traffic around town, and from what I understand it should go around 30mph? I weigh 184lbs so I think it'll hold me ok. Living in Maine I'll have to store it in the winter time, but am hoping it would last me for many springs and summers....any advice? comments? etc?

Thanks for your time and input

Nathan

The Kymco Agility is a great scoot in its size. It will last you a good long time with a modicum of care. If you're happy with 30 mph it will do you well. The 125cc version is under $2000 and will more than keep up with traffic,

You can de-restrict the Agility to get more top speed, but, Like KZ said, you are better off with a 125cc scoot if you plan to cruise above 30mph a lot.

Thanks, I ended up getting a brand new 2013 (they didn't have a 2015 in stock and the 2013 had no miles on it and had not been used so I said why not lol). So far I have put about 15 miles on it and enjoy it very much! Thank you for your feedback

Live long and prosper and keep in touch. You'll enjoy the ride.
