Battery?

Has anyone ever used a Wal*Mart battery on their bike? I have used them in automobiles & they were fine. I used them in the "choppers" that I built in NH (mostly Triumphs) & had NO problems. The front part of my trike is a Sportster 1200 & I refuse to pay Harley what they want ($115) I always said that an ashtray might cost $2.00. Put HD on it & it will cost (at least) $8-9. I haven't joined the HD cult yet & don't intend to! I even have friends in NH that have HD tattoos! Irish
