Fiberglass and cloth... or JB Weld lol

Sadly I have to admit I Jb Welded my scoots front end back together. It was cracked in half.. literally right down the middle when I got the scoot. And being that scootin was mainly a CHEAP fun hobby for me, I used what I had sitting around the shop.

What I did was I made the cut/crack cleaner by cutting it straight and the ground the edges to a V shape so they butt up like this ><

Sand the area & then put the jb weld on both sides, let cure , then sand exterior smooth.Do another coat on inside so it grabs more material(strength). Its not the best repair method but it works. Ive done hundreds of wheelies where the front end violently slams back down into the pavement and it is still in one piece as of today.

This is the only pics I have. Didnt turn out too bad for a SCOOT
