Thanks Guys;
I went through the hoops the last couple days, when I bought and registered a new Genuine Roughhouse. A couple things I learned, A) They wanted to see PGO on the title and B) They insisted that "top speed 30 miles per hour be printed on the title, directly below the gross weight figure.
I have taken the Roughhouse from 2 miles to 35 miles and really like the scooter, but hope the hill climbing speed improves. I have not had it derestricted yet, but plan on doing that once I near the break in miles.
