problems since i bought my johnway 2t

today I went to start my scooter and it attemped to start then I pressed the start button and nothing but my horn was fine.should I check for a loose cdi wire.i tried it twenty minutes later and it turned over.i got it running and three minutes down the road it sounded like it was out of gas.i pulled over and opened the gas cap and there was gas and it started like nothing was wrong.started to think of vapor lock but im confused.sounds like a loose wire and gas problem.what do you guys think.it only has 127 miles on it
