DERBI - Nacional Motor, S.A.U. is serious about small displacement motorcycles and scooters.

Unlike Yamaha, Honda or Peugeot which build very fine scooters but nonetheless concentrate their efforts on a variety of other products, Derbi builds only scooters and motorcycles and does so to a very fine degree.

I've been delighted with my '02 Atlantis (the cosmetic Red Bullet Special Racing Edition) which now has some 11,000 miles on it. I bought it used in '05 on my birthday with only 800 miles on it and continue to mod it and ride it daily. Unfortunately Derbi pulled out of the U.S. market in 2005.

Here's an example of how serious Derbi was and still is with winning small displacement championships.
