No. A 70cc gy6 engine will probably NOT get you to 60mph, it might hit about 50mph, but even that's pushing the bounds of reality, as a stock gy6 150cc only goes about 50mph.

Speeds must be GPS VERIFIED to be claimed, as the speedometers of these scooters are highly inaccurate.
