I read a post that there is a lot of confusion about the valve lash clearance. It's supposed to be .05mm or .002 inches.
Check out this manual http://www.chinesescooterreference.c...otermanual.pdf page 21 diagram. you also might want to check your carb adjustments. I'm not sure how to do that as I've been having troubles with that area
