Ahh ok, you are right. Its been a while. I recently got a used scoot this weekend and am actually experiencing this same issue as well. My thought is the main jet is partially clogged and opening the throttle is killing it?

Also to add another thought. maybe its the diaphram in the carb not coming up(pulling up the main jet needle). Scooters can be difficult to diagnose sometimes.

Mornin Boys,
Parts came and I installed them, then took the Wife into town for ice cream at the dairy queen for a test ride. All fixed, runs good again. Not bad for $17.

Mornin stitch_man87 .
Sorry, but Somerset is 103.3 miles from me and that's using the main highways, which are two lanes. We'd get run over before we got there. We use the back roads to get to Scottsville or Bowling Green.
