Air intake can be done many ways.....did mine 11,000 miles, or 5 riding seasons ago, it has been trouble free since installation. http://scootdawg.net/picture.php?alb...&pictureid=551

As stated above, you will need a larger main jet.....but that's not a big deal. Somewhere from 110 to 120 should do it......myself, and many others have found a 115 to work well, but there are many variables....so nothing can be written in stone. Yours may like something a bit larger, or a bit smaller, than what works well for someone else.

Nice clean intake .. How did you route the breather and vapor recovery lines ?
