Scoot won't start

beo111 Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin Posts: 23	Could it be a bad CDI since it won't even turn over? I can't check for spark if it won't even turn over right? I have an Iridium plug in there which I put in about 2 years ago.
