Doh! Need help::2018 taotao atm50 short/fuse blows

Hey guys I need some help. 2018 Tahoe Tahoe 50. I bought it for my son. It automatically blows the fuse whenever you turn the ignition on. I have traced the problem down to the black wire coming from the ignition has short to ground.
Being new to Scooter’s I thought black wire could be ground I’m reading it probably is switched power. Is this true the five wires at the ignition switch our
Red, black green, green black/white tracer.
The solid black has continuity to ground.
Before i go cutting open harness does anyone lnow if black is a ground or its switched power. Cant find any correct wiring schematic for this taotao 50z. Anyone have any luck??..
Ok any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wink Fixed

Took a bunch of stuff for apart to start unplugging things. found a center marker light directly above the front tire. One of them pushin style bulbs. I disconnected the harness and the short wentaway. So far I’m leaving that light out.Tomorrow I will dissect the socket to see if I can find is short. I put it all back to the other and everything is working correctly
