Try fixing it instead of selling it!

This is just something to think about! This happened in NH & Maine. A buddy & I stopped by a friends that had a Farm. This was in my drinking days. He knew that I had been to the Triumph Factory School. He said that when VN ended , he bought a NEW Triumph. After a few hundred mi , it quit on him going to work one morning. He checked inside & found some metal fragments! He pulled the eng. & never checked it again. He asked if I wanted to buy it as it had been sitting in his barn. I told him that I didn't want to insult him , but I really didn't need it! I built Bikes part-time out of my garage. The bike was a '70 & I remembered that some '70s had soft rings & the co. would warranty new rings & a rebore. I gave him $25 & threw the eng. in my car. To make a long story short , I rebuilt the whole bike , painted it & sold it for $1800. Moral: Sometimes it's worth , spending a little time! Irish
P.S. I had to invest in a new wristpin , main bearings & some time!

On 12/21 you posted that it was spinning over good, but would not fire. Now you think it is locked up.
I don't know all of what you've done to your scooter, but I'd sooner think that it is something less than internal engine problems. How about your kick starter gears. Have you had the cvt cover off, and got them misaligned?

Not related to your current problem, but have you checked under the valve cover yet?
