Did you get this resolved?
If not have you tried a new bulb? Beyond that you're checking wiring and switches, which are sadly likely on a Chinese scoot, but happily cheap and easy to replace if necessary. Sometimes the switch just needs to be moved a tetch, ran into that on my HD.
