From the photo, you'd think he parked his scoot inside the car for transport...
Unbelievable... So many things can go wrong at those speeds! Regardless of cell phone, chances are that the driver wouldn't have seen the scoot rider approaching, as it was more than likely going much faster than 85MPH. Remember, if the time of the impact, it was going 85MPH, then it probably was going 100MPH, before the rider emergency braked!
