Question Custom Air/Exhust Pipes

I am looking into creating my own In/Out systems for my Scoot.
As in; bending, flaring, and welding piping to make something unique.
Plus, Im going to be porting the exhust. Probably not going to have a muffler can, but more like a SuperPac.
I want something that matchs with the exhust, for my intake.
I have all the tools and such to do so.

My questions are;
Has anyone ever done a complete custom set?
And, I am looking for ideas... Anyone have something in mind?

I have seen a scoot where the owner added a scoop to the body work on the engine air intake. That's about it.
