2014 TaoTao VIP 50cc 4 stroke upgrade ?'s

Hello, i decided to upgrade my 50cc engine to a 72cc. Im getting the parts from scrappydawgs.com But i am not sure what jets and sliders are particularly best for this scooter. And i really dont have the money or experience to experiment, so im hoping someone who has done it before on a TaoTao VIP or would have an idea which is best, i would really appreciate the input.

Parts im getting:

80cc big bore kit (47mm/72cc)
20mm big bore carb
Hp variator

Parts already installed:
HP Exhaust
HP CDI
HP Coil
NGK spark plug

Note: My scooter only goes 35mph on average. 25mph up hills.
