In FL it means that my 50cc scooter will run even the faster.
If you don't change nothing, the drop in temps actually will do nothing to it; because the increase in engine performance will be compensated by the drag the flatter tires bring. So winter time means 'pump the tires'-time. Once that's done, it'll go 48MPH.
