Sorry that I've been absent for so long! I just spent a week in a civilian hospital , the VA operated on my foot & I have to wear a corrective boot(during waking hours) & a nurse comes every day & changes the dressing & packing. I also have to do 4 more weeks of Retucsun(sp?). No excuses but I've been fairly busy! I just wanted to say Hello & explain!

Welcome back! I tell people to try and kick dogs and little kids to strengthen weak or injured feet. Heck, even a cat if you want. Just kick something!

New way to Piss off your wife---Ride your bike with your corrective boot on! Especially if you're not supposed to walk in it. Riding isn't walking. Oh well,I tried!

You watched too much Evel Kneivel when you were young, Irish. He went out for a ride in a body cast. He had three casts on when he assaulted that guy that wrote a book about him.
