Sounds like the valves need adjusting as they may not be opening up enough . All 4T engines will need to have it dome at least once . When it warms up does it stall ? When they are too tight it will not start up at all and this blows many shade tree mechanics minds . Here is a guide http://www.scooterforumonline.com/in...ic,1720.0.html

GOT IT RUNNING! I was going to post "figured it out", but I really didnt. The guy it belongs to (Jeff) said from day one he thout it was the carb. Anyway yes it was... I put on a carb I had since the one on it had caps or somthing on the bowl screws, n can't take it appart to clean it. I also adjusted the valves. Now she's purring like a kitten
