No start

Brand new 2014 jonway yy150t-12 scoot went down to start her up she whines like she going too then dies can some one tell me whats up she does'nt even have one mile on her.

Did you buy it online? Did it come in a crate like my Jonway did? (see pic below)

If your answer is yes, you must do the PDI (inspection) yourself. Should be able to do a search and find PDI instructions. Very important if you want your scoot to last more than 1000 miles.

When my scoot arrived, the fuel line wasn't even connected to the carb...Bob
