Honda aero 80 electrical issues?

First it was the headlights/dash lights?
Now then it was the turn signals
Then it was the horn

Electric start still works.

Everything else- Not working.

These are all run by the stator. Battery charges through stator, tail light brightens up at higher RPM's. So I know it's working. And it was working.

It was actually running with the fuse clips just connected. No fuse. So.... I am guessing everythings burnt out, and I'll be going broke fixing it. Since you have to buy a whole assembly for the headlight. :(
