help please

scooter has fuel/spark/air/compression. won't run. it's a hyosung sense 50. any ideas?

also just because there is fuel in the carb doesnt necessarily mean it is getting to the cylinder plug should be quite wet after repaeted starting attempts, is it?

plug is very wet after cranking and cranking

when you check for spark where are you grounding the plug? Or how are you checking for spark?
