No, its an ORV decal that must be displayed on the back of a motor scooter, moped, ATV, off road motorcycle, and snowmobile. Since I have a license on file with the dmv, I did my registration online and was sent a title and ORV decal. Still have to have insurance for it though. I have both the 150cc and 50cc insured through Foremost.

The holes on my Linhai line up perfectly for a Pennsyvania Plate

The BMS 260 I had also fitted my Florida Tag.
The other chinese scoots don't.

Fender Washers were something that I was going to suggest. Even when the holes line up , I have ALWAYS used "Fender Washers " on license plates & I have never had a plate split or crack thru & I've been riding for MANY years! Irish
