Dry.
Any chinese scoot has a dry clutch. Very few have a wet clutch. Actually, the CVT bikes don't really have a clutch, other than a clutch for enabling/disabling the CVT, which does not need a wet clutch. A lot of manually geared bikes have wet clutches; as the clutches on manual geared bikes are exposed to a lot more use. The Roketa MC-05-127 has a wet clutch.
