CF Moto 150 E-Charm vibration problem

When I first accelerate, my scooter shutters/vibrates until it gets rolling. I removed the clutch and sanded the inside of the outer clutch housing and I sanded the clutch pads. This eliminated the shuttering and vibration at take off, but only for a couple of weeks. I am assuming my problem is clutch related. Would you suggest replacing the entire clutch and can anyone recommend a good replacement clutch? Thanks

Have you checked the rear wheel? I've had several scoots with vibrations that turned out to just be a loose wheel nut.... When on the man stand and you spin the wheel does the clutch look warped?
