I was talking to a person yesterday that (like me) has been riding since we were very young (me-15 him-12) & he agrees with me. Riding has really changed. People will look right at you & pull out anyway! They still think that you can stop on a dime & almost act like you don't belong on the road but they do! I can think of at least 7 friends that are either dead or invalids for life (one blind-head injury) & all that you can do is to ride safely & always be prepared for the unexpected! Irish
