2009 cf moto glory 150cc

When I turn the key, dash lights up but efi does not prime, hit start button and no click no nothing. Jump the posts on selinoid and motor turns over but no spark or fuel. Yes kill switch is set to run and tested to make sure it works as well a as the kick stand switch and the start button all function. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Have the battery tested at a Batteries Plus. I highly doubt you have the original battery but still have it checked. If the battery is good then...... Let me think. You did the not-so-obvious, the kill switch and side stand. Next, is the brake light coming on when you pull each brake lever individually? You might have a bad micro switch in the brake lever(s) assembly. I'll keep thinking of other things and report back.

Popped in my head. On my old Honda Helix scooters I've had both side stand safety switches fail. The easy way is to bypass them. I fixed them correctly. It's a safety feature.

Do you have a chipped key for anti-theft? My Liberty did the same thing you describe (I don't have a side stand though) and the key reader in the ignition switch assembly failed. $10 part. I keep a spare reader ring on hand now.

My old SYM CityCom had BOTH brake lever micro-switches brake within a day! Back one went first, so I was using the front brake. Well, it failed on the way to work the following day. I keep a extra micro switch on hand now for my current scooter.

You scooter has a main fuse hidden somewhere. Check it just to be sure. There is also a main ground (usually around the transmission cover) that if it becomes disconnected fun things happen.

Have you done, or had done, any service work lately? Has the scoot been crashed? I'll keep thinking and if you figure it out please post a follow up.

The scoot belongs to a friend of mine who asked me to get it running for him. I have no back story on the bike. Was only given 1 key and do not know if it's chippedor not. Yes brake light comes on when levers are pulled. Can't seem to find a main fuse. All fuses I box are good. Also fitting power to them.

No signs of a crash. Some small scuffs on plastic but nothing alarming. Do these usually have chipped keys or alarms? I have an 09 Zuma 125 and it doesn't have either.

I don't think they have a chipped key. Only reason I asked if it had crash damage is most scooters have a tip sensor, and they don't always reset when you put them back on 2 wheels.

I had a first gen. Zuma 125. I did the 165cc kit from Race Concepts with all the goodies. Thing moved! Don't ever buy a TST Mulit-Ramp variator, they snap belts. I traded it for a 50cc Zuma when the 125cc started to hard start all the time. Come to find out the wire loom under the floor board wasn't wrapped in a loom and crossed over a SHARP weld causing a short. Scooter had 22,000 miles and one week out of warranty and Yamaha wouldn't even acknowledge the problem. Shame ZumaForums is gone, they were a great reference.

The big problem with fuel injection is all the sensors involved. I guess you could try and find the feed wire for the fuel pump and see if it's getting voltage. I remember on an old Plymouth Voyager problem I had was when the fuel pump didn't build up enough pressure a relay for the ignition wouldn't trip. The car starter would spin and spin but no start because the ignition was shut off. You may have a blown fuel pump and the dominos fall from there.

So I've since pulled the tip over sensor and that is operating correctly. I put power to fuel pump and that turned on as well. I've done all I can figure out and tested all switches. Is there any way to test the ecu? I hope that's not it but I'm at a loss

A lot of motorcycle dealers took on CF Moto as ATV dealers. Recently CF Moto began importing motorcycles again so most of those dealers are now two wheeled shops. maybe they can supply you with information.

I know fuel injection is much more advanced than carburetors but all the sensors and ecu to operate it pulls the maintenance out of the hands of home mechanics.

So I'm leaning b towards a bad ecu. Does anyone have any info as to how to test one or any other ideas as to what to check prior?

I'm no expert but I think no spark and no fuel pump is a pretty good indicator.

Did you ever find out what your problem was? I have the same scooter with the same exact issues.
