My 2008 roketa 250cc

Hi riders I have a 2008 roketa 250cc that I'm fixing my first scooter but I'm pretty handy I have a question I took off the stock air filter and put on a k&n aftermarket one on I noticed now my back tire spins when I start it up is this a idle problem also wat do I do with the two Lil hoses that went to the stock air filter also trying to bleed brakes my fronts got real tight but my back one is a Lil lose it will stop tho also I want to make it a Lil faster seems to reach speeds of about 65 mph I did some reach on the bike and it should do about 85 mph if anyone could help me out I would gladly appreciate it
