I have the wide 130-70-12 tires and thinking about getting dual sport tires.does the thread design slow you down on these?the slightest wind affects these 50cc scooters so the tires might also

also I have the Chinese tires and they are rock hard.dont know if they have a lot of air in them or just a stiff rear shock
