Idle/Bogging Issues

So this Hyosung sense I was brought has a brand new carb. Won't start unless I choke it with my hand, and even when it is warm I still have the same issue. Won't rev without choking it for a second with my hand, wont idle at all.

Any suggestions on what it may be?

That will do it. Put it back together and tune the carb...
