Zuma 125 vs S-Max ?

I know this is a long-shot but was wondering if anyone here has ever rode both a Zuma 125 and S-Max?

I've been saving and am finally about ready to up-grade from my 50cc ---I found that I can get a left-over 2014 Zuma 125 for like $.2,900 but also know where a S-Max is for like $.3,700. Was wondering if there's much of a difference in ride quality, etc.

I've read some reviews and comparisons elsewhere but am looking for more.

thanks

Yes. The magazines are taking the SMax on the freeway. The Zuma isn't fast enough for that. Frankly a Kymco Like 200i is cheaper than both and highway capable. Even an SYM HD-200 is less than the SMax and a hot rod by comparison.

I haven't ridden either. The S-MAX represents the future of mid sized scoots and the Zuma is less exciting, but bullet proof.

Yeah, I don't like the SYM HD-200. And even if I did, the dealer's too far away. Would rather have a Yamaha anyways.

I did however come close to getting a Genuine Buddy 150 this past week off of Craigslist. There was an 09' with 15 miles on it....for 800 bucks! didn't like the looks of it (baby blue, white wall tires, etc.), but was looking good at that price and mileage. Unfortunately somebody snatched it up before I could get to it.

If you have your heart set on a Yamaha, I understand. I just wanted to point out that there are cheaper options that will give you the performance you desire.
