On the Dang Fang when you lower speed and flip lever it hits a switch some how it won't exceeded 20 MPH as long as it's engaged. As far as with wheels in front being more stable I also have a regular Ice Bear 300cc Zodiac with wheels in rear. I can compare and hands down I'll that the Zodiac any day of the week and even in really bad weather. But then again eyes in beholder right? Go out and ride wife and I are getting the Zodiac's out for at least 75 mile rile or more the mountains are beautiful
