Well i went and pick the scooter up this morning.The wiring was a mess and the plastic was put on all wrong.The reason for it not starting was the to wires that plug in the back of the spark plug wire were very loose, tighten them down and started right up. Spent must of the day rerunning the wire and fixing the plastic and front brakes. The red wire was running throught the air shrouds

Is that "duck tape" holding the air-box to the frame? (you just might want to modify that)

well i sold it then the person i sold it to ran it out of gas and ruin the fuel pump so i gave him a refund minus a 100 bucks and i am going to do a build. started the tear down process and got some paint sprayed
