Looking for a place to find bits and pieces
So my recent quest to seek a front disk brake pad retainer clip has led me to buy the whole caliper online. Multiple shops including a not so local place i emailed had informed me i needed to get the caliper to get the retainer clip.
Ive got a few local stops to make to find better resources for parts including a local manufacturer of screws and fasteners. Im wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Credible webshops etc. Currently im looking for a valve tappet as i made and oopsy trying to set mine and stripped out the tappet and tightener lol |

Listing the model and/or a picture of the brake caliper in question would help, but since almost all scooters use the same style caliper it should be easy to find the part. Racing Planet has brake parts down to pins, springs, etc. listed on their site. Another option would be ebay market place and just buy a complete used caliper for around $10, or find your local scooter dealer and see if they have a used one-or a parts scoot they break down for scrap. I recently tossed 2 Yamaha Zuma front calipers in the recycle bin, along with a complete Buddy 125 front end. I dont part out-no time and dont need the money-but someone out there has your parts, just give us an idea of the scooter brand.

The go to Chinese scooter place is www.partsforscooters.com
They can be messaged on their site and the manager, Matt Maney, is a wiz.
