2005 Baron Retro 150 no spark

I am at wits end, I thought I had it then no spark again. I started my testing by removing the kill switch wire from the cdi connector it is in and grounding the #4 pin on the 4 pin connector to the cdi. The scoot started and ran beautifully, so I thought kill switch is no good. I ordered one installed it, still no spark. I repeated the same test as above and it started again.
My ground is good I tried swapping the cdi with a new one, I tried a new coil still nothing. The only way it starts is if I remove the kill switch wire and ground the 4 pin.
Can anyone please give me some suggestions?
Thank you, Paul
